Programatically adding rows to nested repeating tables in Infopath Form based on a criteria

Req Nested Repeating Table:

Currently that I have :

 I am using infopath 2007 . I am using two sharepoint lists called Subcategory(has all the subcategory names) and Questions(has all the questions along with subcatogires they belong to)

Main datasource:

-myFields

      -group6

          -group7(repeating)

                   -field5

                -group8(nested repeating)

                          -question

                         -Score

                         -Comments

I am not sure how to get the above mentioned req...
