I am new to Workflow creation, i have to create workflow for 3 level approval, I've tried to use SharePoint designer to do that, but i don't know how to do that, totally don't know how to start with. I've read many guideline or youtube, but still don't know how to do it with the real case. Can someone help? May be give me a workflow draw by Visio 2010 OR show me the detail steps on how to do it on Sharepoint Designer??Please.
Here is the requirement:
1)Someone upload a file to Document Library the workflow will start automatically
2)Email will send to 1st level approver ask to approve the file
3)after 1st approver approved, email will send to 2nd approver ask to approve the file
4) after 2nd approver approved , email will send to 3rd approver
5) after 3rd approver approved, email to default person(e.g. John) & initiator
workflow ended.
if any level rejected, just end the workflow directly & email to initiator.
