Seeking SharePoint 2010 advice: I am new to SharePoint 2010 and InfoPath, and I am taking over a project for a person who is no longer with the company. From my understanding he has created a form which encompasses 8 forms, and requires multi-level approvals. I was able to determine via SharePoint Designer, the workflows for each task already exists and is correct. When the form is originally submitted it appears in the correct box. However the form does not move to the next box in the library, as dictated by the workflow, once the next step in the approval process has been received. Instead a duplicate form is made in the current box. What am I missing here? Any assistance as well as screen shots would be most helpful.
