Change the Due Date on a Workflow Task

Workflow Task Due Date is set to 7 days from when task is created (by code not by workflow properties setting)
On a particular task the due date (time remaining) is 5 days from now but the End user now wants the due date on this particular task to be changed to tomorrow. Is this possible?
