Changing Subsite ownership.

Hello SP Expert,

Recently i created a new subsite for our department, My problem is some user has requesting their access thru online and the request are forward to my emails instead to their department head. i think i forgot to change the ownership of the site. can anyone know's how to/where to change the ownership of the said subsite.
