Hide the "My Settings" and "Personalize this page" menu items using Feature

Hi Everybody,

How can we hide the "My Settings" and "Personalize this page" menu items from the Global links using feature?

I tried with the following code, but it is not working.

Also these IDs are not mentioend MSDN. Is that the reason its not working?
