Designer 2007: export older files report

I used SP2007 Designer Site > Reports > Older Files to generate a report. It worked great.

Now, I need to send it to management so they can pick and choose which files can be deleted.

Can the results be exported to Excel? I selected the date range I was looking for, right clicked > Copy Report. This gave me all the resuts, not just the selected items.

I tried pasting directly into excel, but too many rows.

Pasted into notepad, selected my date range, and then pasted into Excel. This worked, but the column data was inconsistent. Most row column C was date, but it skipped around to B sometimes.

Tried saving whole notepad document as .csv, but the formatting was worse.

Suggestions much appreciated.
