sharepoint event receiver

Hi sharepoint sharks 

Iam missing a overview on who did what in sharepoint.

So is it possible to make a event receiver solution in a page? 

So i can see who have deployed webparts and who have clicked on edit webpart.

Or is there a similar  logger in sharepoint already that i can use?
