Hi,
I have a Sharepoint 2007 site with a discussion forum.
I have users with "Full Control" permission on the discussion forum for admin and moderation.
For general users (create new discussions and post replies) I have given them "Contribute" permission.
The problem I have is that the general users ("Contribute") see the "Create View" option in the forum toolbar (in the drop down list of available views).
Is there any way I can prevent this from showing to these users - I really don't want the general users playing around with creating new public views.
Thanks,
Simon.
