Content Type InfoPath Form - Edit and republish Issue with a Form Library

I have two separate content type forms publish to an InfoPath Form Library. I go the site, Open the Content Type's Advanced Settings, click on Edit Template. Modify the template and try to quick publish or Publish it. In the end, I receive the following error message...

Any guidance is appreciated.
