Copy list item into a document library folder

Hi,
there 2 are 2 things crossed my mind.

a) assume there is a document library with Folder A and Folder B.
    Possible to use SPD workflow to create the copy list item and move the item from Folder A to Folder B?

Because when i try to use spd, it can't open the Folder B page(coz folder B is more like a view)

b) similiar to a.
2 document libraries: "Doc Library A" and "Doc Library B"
    DOc Lib A got a Folder Doc A inside
    Doc Lib B got a Folder Doc B inside.
Possible to create list item to move file from "Folder Doc A" to "Folder Doc B" but not in the Doc Lib B?
