TimeSheet in SharePoint

I'm new to the development of Visual Studio 2010 and do not have much knowledge of SharePoint 2013

I have a task, I want to create a timesheet and deploy tools on SharePoint. Whats exactly I need to start developing?, Some tips that can give me please? They are very grateful for any help.
