Display Image (as Thumbnail) in DataSheet View

Hi,

I'm having a 'Picture or Hyperlink' field (that has been formatted as 'Picture') in a custom list. When I open the list in 'Standard View', the image is displayed. But, when I view the same list in 'Datasheet View', the image fields are displayed as blank or just the hyperlink text. Is there a way I can customize the Datasheet view to display images (as thumbnails)?
