Our SharePoint site was created by another company. They put a background image on the site we asked them to remove. Interestingly enough, as a site admin, I can't see said background image (so it looks like they did their job). But when we "released" the SP site to the rest of the company, that background image shows up for regular users (not site admin).
I've searched high and low for the graphic or a reference to a graphic in the code but I can't seem to find it.
First, I think it's weird that it doesn't show up for the site admins, but everyone else. AND, as a site admin, I can't find the file.
My first thought was that they needed to clear the cache but until we released the site, no one had seen it other than the site admins.
Perplexed!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm just a mid-level user/admin with enough experience to be dangerous so I need a week bit of hand holding.
