How to custom Rating Scale field to add more range text in survey on MOSS 2007

When we use the rating scacle fied to create question in survey. You can only set three range texts for each question. Is there any way to allocate a range text for each range ? Such as below :

                                 low             normal          high       important        very important

                                 1                  2                  3               4                     5
