How do I set up a calculated formula for a calculated text field that would handle

when SEGMENT = HSD then ROUTE = john.doe@xxx.com
when SEGMENT = CIV then ROUTE = sally.jane@xxx.com
when SEGMENT = FAR then ROUTE = jill.jones@xxx.com
