I want to be abke to display all tasks (workflow & non-workflow) that are assigned to a particular user.
As an example, I click down from my top-level site to a team site and then to a document workspace. On the document workspace an approval workflow is kicked off. I want the user is is assigned the task in the workflow to see it as soon as they view their tasks from the team site. Currently it does not show up there. Even when I log in as a Site Owner and View all Tasks, I cannot get it get to show up on any view. I have to drilldown to the document workspace and click tasks to see it. Is there a way to see it from a higher level site?
