Copying multiple Lookup list values to multi-select Managed Metadata column

In this situation, a document library has two columns - a multi-value Lookup list and a new multi-value Managed Metadata column.  The goal is to have the same values in the new MM column (the list value names have matching MM term names).  Is there a tidy way to address this with SPD and 2010 workflows?

Example:

Lookup Column values: Pine Street, Maple Street, Market Street

Desired MM Column values: Pine Street, Maple Street, Market Street
