I have a requirement where I've devised a 3-level approval, after the document is approved by the 3rd approver, it is considered a new version. I've fixed review dates in a year as 30-Jun and 31-Dec. I need to make sure that the documents get approved at least twice every year. Once before 30-Jun and another time before 31-Dec for an existing document in the library and set status of the document based on that and also send reminders some days before the review dates and after the review date. The challenge here is checking the count of the number of times it has been approved and changing the review dates with the new year part when the previous workflow will terminate and a new workflow will start. Any suggestions on how this can be achieved?
I can use only SPD 2007.
