adding Multiple list items at a time to a list.

Hi Team,

   I have sharepoint custom list.User can opens the list newform.aspx and requests for material.When he clicks on the save button it creates list item in the list.

   For this list, Client wants to add one more drop down box having choices(1 to 10). Suppose he selects 4 from the drop down list in newform.aspx, he wants to create 4 list items in the list.

  How can i acheive this out-of-box or using code? Any one please let me know...
