I need to stop a workflow if one of two "person and group" fields have been changed in a list. However, it seems that no matter how I configure the fields within the list and/or from the workflow (display name, email, string), the condition statement IF "POC not equal to Previous POC" always results as true and stops the workflow. The fields look identical. If the two fields are equal (POC not changed), the workflow should continue to Step 2.
Is there something special about "person and group" columns that prevents comparisons?
