How to calculate date in SPD 2007 variable with just the year part change?

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to calculate a fixed date with just the year change and store it in a list column.

e.g. if the date is 30th Jun, 2013. Next year I want to change this date in list column by calculating it in a SPD workflow variable by changing the year part as 2014. Please help!
