SharePoint 2010 Cannot open any sites after migration

Hi,

I had a SharePoint 2010 installed wrongly on a server. So I took a farm backup and refreshed the server. Then installed SQL server 2008 R2 and SharePoint 2010 on the same server. Restored the farm backup. But I am not able to access any sites. Did I miss any step here?

Please help me. This project is very critical for me.
