Hiding columns in SharePoint People Picker dialog

Hi,

Is it possible to hide certain columns in the native SharePoint People Picker dialog? Currently this dialog displays the following columns in our WSS 3.0 site:

Display Name
Title
Department
E-mail
Account Name

We want to hide the 'Title' and 'Deparment' columns. How can we accomplish that?

I looked at the picker.aspx code in SharePoint Designer, but I don't know what to chage in it to hide certain columns. Can we pass additional Query String parameters in th above URL to hide/show columns perhaps?
