Update multiple list items using SPD workflow

I have an asset tracking site that as users and assigned equipment.  The equipment is tied to the user by the username.  It is possible for users to have 2+ items of equipment.  I have a workflow that is working that when the Cost Center for the user changes, it updates the Cost Center for the assigned equipment, if they only have a single piece of equipment.  If they have mulitple pieces of equipment the only item that gets updated is the first item and the others don't change.

Is it possible within SPD to have the workflow looking for all instances of the username and change all items?
