Hi,
I am trying to create several forms where each form has to be filled out by a different user/department. Basically, on the main form, I would indicate which departments' entry is required, and each one of these department would receive an e-mail, prompting them to fill out a form -- which would be different. Is this feasible to be done in Sharepoint? If so, how do you suggest tackling this?
Also, would it be feasible to ask the first department to fill out the first form, and once this is completed, the ball is rolled to the second department and so on to get their data input?
