I have a workflow that launches when a new item is created or can be run manually. The workflow has been working fine for a while now but has suddenly stopped working and reports an error that states it is an “error updating list item”, however, the first step in the workflow is a “send email” action and this is not being run so the workflow is failing to start in the first place.
Anyone had a similar issue?
Any idea how to troubleshoot such an issue?
