Submitting infopath data to a sharepoint list 2007

Hi all,

I have an infopath form with following controls.

8 text box fields

2 drop down list &

1 submit button(after click this button all the data should be submit to the list)

Now I want to submit these data to the each column fields in a sharepoint 2007 list.I searched this several time but I did'nt get any proper solution yet.Please can any one send me a link or a solution for this problem.
