Scenario is : We have a sharepoint onprem environment ABC.com which has SP2013. Recently we have migrated abc.com users to xyz.com.
xyz.com is hybrid(o365) environment.
So now, when xyz.com users goes to approve workflow from abc.com they get get access denied.
User is being domain joined machine on xyz.com. Apart from incognito mode is there any other workaround that you may suggest at this time. Over 200 users are affected.
can we change the workflow initiator on SP2013 server?
can guest user approves the workflow? Is this even supporting scenario. i have been reading about stsadm/move-spuser but nout sure if these cmdlts will be applicable in our scenario. Please any feedback will be appreciated.
