How to Link Library Item to List Item

I have a workflow that automatically creates a list item (used for tracking) whenever a form is created and saved to a form library.  My problem is that I need the list items to be automatically deleted if the associated forms in the library are deleted. How can I do this?  I used InfoPath to create the form and I have SharePoint Designer 2007.  The SharePoint version is WSS.  TIA.
