How to create one to many relationship in Sharepoint

Hi,

I am creating a sharepoint site that will record the skill set of the employees. 

How can I handle One Parent and Multiple childs in Sharepoint..

Example:

One Employee can add multiple expertise in multiple languages

Employee Name: XYZ

Language: C#         Level: High

Language: VB6.0     Level: Medium

Language: ASP        Level: High

Please help me in this regard.
